We collect personal data that you provide voluntarily when completing the quote request form, contacting us by email or telephone, or accessing your club’s shop, where applicable. The data collected includes your name, email address, telephone number, club name and order details.

We use your data exclusively to respond to your quote request, process and track your order, and communicate about production and delivery. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent (contact forms) and the performance of a contract or pre-contract (quote requests and orders), under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

5. Your rights

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and for mandatory legal retention periods, particularly for tax and accounting purposes.
