1. Identification
Lusosport is a Portuguese sportswear manufacturer based at Avenida das Pontes, nº 104, 4750-754 Tamel S. Veríssimo, Barcelos. Contact: +351 253 826 266 / geral@lusosport.pt.
2. Scope
These terms and conditions govern access to and use of lusosport.pt, as well as commercial relations between Lusosport and its customers concerning the manufacture and supply of custom sportswear.
3. Quote requests
Completing the quote request form does not bind either party. A formal proposal and delivery timeframe will be provided in writing after reviewing the request. Production begins only after the customer confirms the proposal in writing.
4. Customisation and intellectual property
The customer is responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to all elements provided for customisation, including crests, logos and images. Lusosport accepts no responsibility for infringements of third-party rights arising from elements supplied by the customer.
5. Delivery timeframe
The delivery timeframe is confirmed in writing in the commercial proposal. Lusosport undertakes to meet the agreed deadline. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed immediately and a new deadline agreed by both parties.
6. Approval and production
Before production begins, Lusosport sends a visual proposal for the customer’s approval. Production starts only after written confirmation. Changes requested after production begins may incur additional costs and/or delays.
7. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 8 days of receiving the products. Lusosport undertakes to review and respond to all complaints within a maximum of 5 working days. For alternative dispute resolution, customers may contact the Arbitration Centre. More information: https://www.consumidor.gov.pt.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Barcelos, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
